What types of flowers can be preserved?Most flowers can be preserved, but some delicate blooms might not press as well. If you have specific flower in mind, feel free to contact us for personalized advice. Freshest flowers are the BEST for preservation, and once they start to rot, die off, etc. they will not preserve. I am also able to preserve fake/silk flowers but only in a shadow box as they cannot be pressed.

How long does the preservation process take?The process typically takes 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your flowers. This ensures your flowers are properly dried, pressed, and framed with the utmost care to avoid mold and rot inside the frame.

Is shipping free for floral preservation orders?Shipping is free if you're close enough to Staunton, VA to drop off your bouquet and pick up the finished preservation. Otherwise, you can choose a shipping option based on the size of your order.

How soon do I need to ship/deliver the blooms?We recommend that all blooms arrive to us right after or the day after your event, with the latest being within 5 days. Use overnight shipping or UPS 2nd day air to get your blossoms to us on time.

How do I send my flowers to you?Once you place an order, we will provide detailed instructions on how to package and ship your flowers to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. For local clients, you can drop off your flowers at our office the day after your event; the address will be sent to you once we receive your order.

What if my blooms get ruined during shipping?We take great care in guiding you on how to package your flowers securely. However, if they do arrive damaged, you will have the option to work with us and a local florist to replace any blooms that arrived unworkable and re-create the bouquet blooms as best as possible.

Do we need to dismember the blooms and pick off the petals before shipping?We recommend keeping all blooms intact inside the arrangement/bouquet/bunch. Please do not dismember any petals or blooms. We will take care of the preservation from start to finish.

What happens if my flowers arrive damaged?Our packaging is top quality for our fragile product. In the rare case that your preservation does arrive damaged to you, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and work with you to find the best possible solution.

Can I request a specific design or layout for my preserved flowers?Yes, we encourage you to share your vision with us! We will work closely with you to create a design that meets your preferences and preserves your flowers beautifully.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. Full payment is required at the time of order.

Do you offer any payment plans?At this time, we do not offer payment plans. However, we strive to provide affordable options for all our customers.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?Yes, you will receive an electronic receipt via email once your payment has been processed.

Can I cancel my order?If you cancel your order after placing it, we'll deduct a 25% service fee from the total amount. Once your blooms arrive at our shop, our product and service become nonrefundable. If you need your blooms sent back to you, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee.

What is your refund policy?Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once the preservation process has begun. However, if you have any concerns about the final product, please contact us to discuss and for us to assist you on the possible solutions.
